Investment Analysis and
Taxation
Finance
Property investment is particularly lucrative at a time when interest
rates are low. We can recommend and organise a mortgage at competitive
rates if you wish to borrow for your investment.
Charities
Many small charitable funds have been hit hard by low growth in
stocks and shares, with many trusts losing a significant portion
of capital. Trusts have existing financial commitments and must
therefore make payments from capital, rather than interest.
With a residential property, charities are assured moderate growth
in the capital of the investment and a constant cash income from
the rental revenues, available for redistribution.
New Build
New build properties are attractive for the investor. They require
little expenditure on preparation to rent; they come with warranties
and are built to a better standard than many older properties.
Tenants also are attracted to new properties and they can command
a premier rent.
We use our local knowledge and networks to offer the opportunity
to our investors to buy off the plan in new developments throughout
the city.
Income Tax
Expenses associated in property investment are deductible against
rental income. We can suggest a variety of independent financial
advisers and accountants to assist in the preparation of your
accounts and to maximise net gains after tax return.
We prepare monthly statements and an annual review relating to
your property investment.
