Our fees are:

• Introduction fee of 4% of purchase price of each property.
  
• Management Fee of 15% of collected rent.
  
• On eventual disposal of property, 10% of appreciated capital.

All necessary maintenance and refurbishment work will be contracted at competitive rates.
